“Ross” is such a fun horse to ride and show! He has taken care of riders of all ages and experience - packing his favorite small fry rider around the pen to winning L1 titles with his Amateur. He loves to show and knows his job very well - start your day winning in Showmanship & Perf Halter, continue on with floaty HUS & Eq rides, pack around the western pleasure pen, and end the show laying down flawless HMS and Trail patterns. If you want to smile All-Weekend-Long showing in whatever classes you want to, Ross is the perfect partner for you. He is just so broke, fun, and right with you every step of the way.

Under saddle he is very forgiving, super easy to ride, and with enough self carriage for a small fry and 13 & under (or select) to pilot with success. His jog and lope is so smooth, then extend him out for the pattern classes and he is right with you every step of the way. Horses like Ross dont come around for sale often - he is a literal unicorn, one that can teach a small fry how to ride/show and be their best friend all the way through their amateur years. I could also see him being that ultimate safe horse for a select rider looking for their forever gelding to love on. He does not need to be kept in a program - he knows his job. If you dont have time to ride every day, that is okay! Ross rides off the same whether he is ridden regularly or not. The perfect family horse.

Ross stood like a statue for the farrier earning an A+++ - he is currently wearing plain aluminum on the front and steel on the back. He has great feet, no concerns and built ideally for performance halter. He clips without the need for a twitch (even his ears). Loads, hauls, and settles into new places like he has been there a million times. He is used to daily turnout (weather permitting) - and he really does seem to enjoy his outside time. The only maintenance he has ever had done was annual hock injections to keep him at his best hauling around the country. No Vices. Stands in the cross ties quietly for grooming and tacking up. He is a gentleman on the ground with excellent manners.
